So far so good? I’m a senior with some chronic gut issues from a previous illness, so I’m starting off very slowly. I have a cup of RYZE about 3-4 times a week. Building up to a tablespoon each day, but not there yet. Getting used to the taste and adding a little local honey and cinnamon, which I love to add to almost everything, even coffee which I hope to replace with RYZE. I have not had any gut issues from RYZE, but still must take baby steps for body to acclimate. I have nothing but High Hopes for nutritional and energy benefits. I am patient and hope the RYZE people will be patient with me, it’s only been a couple of weeks since I started. RYZING in PDX!
